Food products hone ke karan opened, used ya partially consumed products ko return nahi kiya ja sakta.
Return sirf in situations mein accept kiya jayega:
Product damaged condition mein receive hua ho.
Product ka packet seal/tamper condition mein receive hua ho.
Galat product deliver hua ho.
Product mein manufacturing/quality issue ho.
Product delivery ke samay leakage ya packaging damage ki wajah se unusable ho.
Customer ko product receive hone ke 48 hours ke andar return/replacement request raise karni hogi.
Customer ko:
Order number provide karna hoga.
Product aur packaging ki clear photographs/video bhejni hogi.
Problem ka short description dena hoga.
Company verification ke baad replacement/refund approve kiya jayega.
Agar complaint genuine quality, damage ya wrong-product delivery se related hai, to Dhanshakti customer ko:
Replacement product provide karega, subject to product availability.
Replacement available na hone ki situation mein customer ko eligible refund diya ja sakta hai.
Approved refund original payment method mein process kiya jayega.
Refund processing ka time payment gateway/bank processing par depend kar sakta hai.
Nimnalikhit products return nahi kiye jayenge:
Opened packets
Used or partially consumed products
Customer ke improper storage ki wajah se damaged products
Customer ko product pasand na aane ki wajah se return
Incorrect address ki wajah se failed delivery, jab customer ne correct address provide nahi kiya ho
Product receive hone ke baad customer ko packet par diye gaye storage instructions follow karne honge.
Improper storage, moisture exposure, direct sunlight ya packet open karne ke baad product damage hone par return/refund applicable nahi hoga.
Agar parcel delivery ke time visibly damaged ho, to customer se request hai ki delivery ke samay photographs/video lein aur Dhanshakti customer support ko immediately inform karein.
Return, replacement ya refund ke liye customer Dhanshakti customer support se contact kar sakta hai.
